Continuous Financial Control Platform
Know what you are owed, what you owe — and what you actually earned.
Lumeo reconciles every payment across providers, banks, wallets and card schemes, and turns the result into one controlled financial position — for payment companies and banks.
Solutions
Two products. One financial control layer.
Traditional reconciliation asks whether the records match. Lumeo also asks whether the money and the economics match — for every transaction.
Payments intelligence
Know what providers owe you, what you owe merchants and what you actually earned.
- End-to-end reconciliation
- Rolling reserve control
- Merchant-level profitability
- Fiat + stablecoin in one control model
Card-scheme economics control
The transaction matched. The cash settled. Was the amount correct?
- Completeness & timing
- Settlement cash control
- Scheme-fee assurance
- Actual merchant margin by portfolio, BIN and MCC
What Lumeo controls
From manual matching to exception-based finance.
Lumeo reconciles automatically. Your finance team investigates exceptions — with the evidence, the owner and the reason already attached.
-
01
Reconcile end to end
Transaction → provider settlement → bank or wallet → merchant balance. Finance works the exceptions, not the whole book.
-
02
Control reserves and payables
Rolling reserves held, accrued, due and released per merchant — and merchant payouts built straight from the ledger.
-
03
See merchant-level margin
Revenue minus provider fees, scheme costs, FX, chargebacks and refunds — the margin each merchant actually earns you.
-
04
Assure card-scheme fees
Rebuild expected net for every transaction and turn each variance into an investigation, not a write-off.
The Lumeo question
The transaction settled. But was it settled correctly?
Every payment carries interchange, scheme and provider fees, FX, chargebacks, refunds, reserves and timing differences. Lumeo rebuilds the expected result and compares it with what actually arrived.
“Did the records match?”
“Did the economics match?”
Lumeo reconciliation flow of 10,000 transactions per day. Results depend on data quality, number of sources and scope.
Architecture
Works above your existing stack.
No ERP replacement, no core-banking migration, no new payment rails. Lumeo connects to the systems you run today and adds the control layer.
How to start
Start with one flow. Measure. Then decide.
You do not need to replace your finance stack to test Lumeo. Give us one difficult flow or one closed period — we will show you what is currently invisible.
One payment flow
Baseline → data → configure rules, fees and tolerances → parallel run next to your current process → measure time, unmatched items and effort.
Expand or stop — based on evidence.
One closed period
Scheme-fee and settlement diagnostic on your transaction log, clearing files, settlement advice, nostro statement and fee schedules.
Quantified variance, transaction-level evidence and root cause.
Enterprise deployment & data control
The customer controls the data. Lumeo provides the control layer.
Customer-controlled environment
Run Lumeo inside an environment your team controls.
Private cloud
Dedicated deployment for your organisation.
Role-based access
Access scoped by role, entity and function.
Audit trail
Every rule, match, override and approval is recorded.
Tenant isolation
Your data is logically separated from any other customer.
Data-location controls
Choose where financial data is stored and processed.
Availability of each option is confirmed per deployment. No certifications are claimed here.
Team
Built by a team that has done this before.
Banking infrastructure, card and payment processing, high-volume systems and finance operations — since 2012.

Do we need to replace our reconciliation tool, core banking or ERP?
No. Lumeo works above your existing stack. It reads the data you already have — provider reports, bank and wallet statements, scheme files, ledgers — and adds a control layer on top. No migration and no new payment rails.
What data do you need to start?
For payment companies: provider settlement reports, bank and wallet statements and merchant data for one payment flow. For banks and acquirers: transaction log, scheme clearing files, settlement advice, nostro statement and fee schedules for one closed period.
Which formats and sources can Lumeo read?
Excel, CSV and API sources. New file layouts are mapped field by field; matching columns are suggested automatically and a person confirms the rest. No template is needed for a new column order.
Do you support stablecoins and crypto wallets?
Yes. Fiat and stablecoin flows (for example USDT) are controlled in one model, alongside banks, PSPs and e-wallets.
How are numbers calculated — is it AI?
Reconciliation, fee and margin calculations are rule-based and traceable to the source transaction. The same data and rules always give the same result, and every match, override and approval is recorded.
Where is our data hosted?
Lumeo can run in a customer-controlled environment or a private cloud, with role-based access, audit trail, tenant isolation and data-location controls. Availability of each option is confirmed per deployment.
Next step
Give us one difficult payment flow.
We will show you what is currently invisible: unreconciled money, reserve exposure and the margin each merchant really earns.
